All orders will be shipped in a timely manner.  Our goal is to have all orders processed and shipped within 48 hours.  There are however times when this may be longer due to factors outside of our control.  If an order can not be processed within the stated time, The Bike Store will contact you with an expected delivery time or to offer a complete and immediate refund.
